In the microwave-radiofrequency spectrum, Wi-Fi is a short-range wireless broadband technology, which transmits at frequency of 2.5 GHz. This type technology has been positioned itself as one most widely used technological advances in recent years. It reported that direct exposition to radiofrequencies can induce physiological changes different animals and plants species. One degenerative effects cause production reactive oxygen species, inducing tissue damage DNA alterations. fungi, effect exposure electromagnetic radiation UV spectrum extensively studied, such unknown. sense, aim this study was detect main metabolism some acid fatty ergosterol fungus Serpula himantioides, using gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GCâ??MS), evaluate antioxidant activity metabolites obtained from vitro cultures S. himantioides exposed The results showed an increment content acids ergosterol, total extracts mycelium. Antioxidant analysis revealed culture medium capacity associated with phenolic compounds. Our suggest produces oxidative by modifying cellular components himantioides.
